B1-SONG: VERB PATTERNS: VERB+ TO, VERB+ -ING
Verbs and verb patterns:
To try everything= intentarlo todo.
Try everything= inténtalo todo.
To mess up= fastidiarla
without + -ing= sin hacer algo.
I'll start= I + will ( future).
I won't= I + will not. ( future negative). Example: I won't leave. No me marcharé.
To try+ object= intentar. Example: to try
to give up= phrasal verb= rendirse
to give in= parar de luchar, admitir una derrota.
Till I = Until I = hasta que...
to keep on +-ing= seguir haciendo algo. Example: to keep on
to want + TO=(I wanna informal)= querer hacer algo.
