The podcasts are divided into different sections: conversations, 'I'd like to meet', quizz, etc. Practice exercises are at the bottom.
You can download the Tapescript on the link Instructions and downloads.
To practice the structure 'would like to' do section 2 'I'd like to meet'
Try to listen to them everyday.

Here's an interesting activity which shows real language in use.
Watch the video and try to do the tasks below.
If you find it difficult, read the tapescripts while listening.

To talk about somebody's life or biography we use the past tense of the verb TO BE  ( was /were)
