This first post is aimed at assessing your level of English proficiency as proposed by the Common European Framework of Reference, or as it is commonly referred to, CEF. ( I'm sure you've seen this CEF logo on the back cover of your student's book).
Based on this CEF document and its levels of proficiency, Official School of Languages divides these levels into 3:
Basic user: A1, A2
Independent user: B1, B2 ( Most schools in Andalusia reach these levels in 5 years)
Proficient user: C1, C2 ( some schools in Andalusia are about to
implement these levels)
