Important: Scottish Cinema Project power points

Hi!

As we all know you've been working on the films we saw at the end of February and I really appreciate your hard work on the reviews, leaflets, etc. I've got already most of your reviews and some leaflets which are going to be exhibited at school.

However, I haven't received any news from you on the power points and I'd like to inform you that I need them this Tuesday. So, please try to contact your classmates to create the final power point , it won't imply a lot of work, remeber that 2 or 3 slides per person will do.

I look forward to seeing them.

Many thanks,
Elena

FYI: SCOTTISH CINEMA PROJECT: outline for the power point and deadline

Braveheart Poster

Hi !

This is to let you know about the organisational aspects and deadlines for the Scottish cinema project as agreed on in class last Thursday 25th.

I'd like to remind you that I will be correcting your work by the second week of March. This means I should have your power points ( one per group), together with the film reviews and descriptions of settings, on the second week of March.

Therefore, It'd be appreciated if you could organise yourselves to achieve this, as you have to bear in mind that I'll need some time to check your drafts.

Here is one suggestion by Sarah, one of your classmates, which I think both groups could use as a layout for the main contents of the power point. The comment was posted on the "leave your comments section post" ( 18th February)

Sara Isabel dijo...

St Valentine's day card contest: love, love, love...

Dear students,

As you know, we celebrate St Valentine's day on 14th February. This year the different language departments have planned to run a St Valentine's contest for the first week of February.

Cards will be available in reception (conserjería), the only thing you have to do is being inspired and producing the most loving, shocking, touching message for the person you choose in your classroom.( It'll be anonymous, so no worries! )

For contest rules, please check the school bulletin boards ( in the hall).

Important: Write according to your level, remember that what matters is the message so try to stand out from the crowd.

If you have any questions, please let me know. Hope you take part in it and enjoy.

Lots of love ,
Elena
