ALSO DO VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUES, POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT USING POSITVE MESSAGES:
HERE'S AN EXAMPLE adapted from the article: "3 conterintuitive, proven ways to cure stage fright."
Sit with a straight spine when you do this. Close your eyes, breathe in and out. Now, begin by establishing a highly specific goal. Set your imagination free. Imagine the day of your talk; in fact, picture yourself as already having delivered your talk. You're on stage. Speak about it as though you had already achieved it. Now, hold a mental "picture" of it as if it were occurring to you right at that moment. Imagine yourself on top of the stage, in front of your audience, you're about to start your talk, you feel confident, you know what you have to say. Picture the scene in as much detail as possible. Engage as many of the five senses as you can in your visualization. Who are you with? Which emotions are you feeling right now? What are you wearing? Is there a smell in the air? What do you hear? What is your environment?
You start speaking and suddenly you feel you're in control of your talk. The audience is smiling, you feel happy, you're enjoying that moment. You finish speaking, the audience claps. You did it! Try this technique next time you want to speak in public, you'll feel more confident.

Practice at night or in the morning (just before/after sleep). Eliminate any doubts, if they come to you. Repeat this practice often. Combine with meditation or an affirmation (e.g. "I can do it " , "I am the greatest!")
Listen to the whole talk. Pay special attention to the last 8 minutes of the talk.
