NOW let's learn some new words.
You will listen to linguist Mr. David Crystal talking about what he most enjoys about the English language.
First, listen to get the main ideas he mentions in the video. Second, while you're listening try to note down key words, new words ( blogging, twitter vocabulary...). Watch this video as many times you need ( with subtitles, or without them if you feel you're able to follow his lecture) and focus on minute 2:30 onwards. Interesting, isn't it?
