The first post of this blog is going to be related to the levels of English proficiency in Europe.
Levels of proficiency in Escuelas Oficiales de Idiomas are based on the Council of Europe's Common European Framework of Reference ( CEF) document, in which the levels of proficiency are divided into 3:
Basic user: A1, A2
Independent user: B1,B2
