I really hate people who throw rubbish on the street and they don’t care if it certainly is harmful for anyone. Furthermore, the waste products of a dog which you can find easily on sidewalks do make me absolutely furious. In addition, something that in truth annoys me is to be forced by “gorrillas” to give them some coins if you park your car. Finally, I can’t stand that someone shortchanges me when I buy something.
1 – They are comedy television series, where people are invited to rant. The host decides which of pet hates are the worst.
2 – They ranting are related to different issues that really get them nerves such as: a boring radio, food packaging impossible to open, silly toys, pretentious menus, reality shows and banning smoking. In my opinion all of them make me sick, except the last one. I find this one necessary.
3 – I consider that the audience would certainly like them as they enjoy “Sálvame de Luxe” and some stuff like that nowadays.
4 – The thing that really drives me mad is how people are eager to gossip other people, specially when they have a success. It's very frustrating. Also, the people habit that is disgusting is when you are relaxed and other person can´t stand looking at you lounging around. It´s absolutely disrrespecful.
1.In my opinion Room 101 is one more program among other TV programs like reality shows, gossiping, etc., that people use to like nowadays. The guests talk about their pet peeves then at the end the host sends the objects to the room 101.
2.In the videos we can see and listen to the guests speaking about things that really annoy them. For example, boring radio programs, mum cards, pretentious menus, packages impossible to open, passive smokers and banning smoking and list shows. As Esperanza wrote, for me the only important rant is about banning smoking and passive smokers. I don’t know what to say about the other rants.
3.I am sure Spanish audience would like this kind of program. As they like reality shows or gossiping programs.
4.One thing that really drives me furious and I can’t stand is when people smoke in the elevator or small places. It is impossible for me to understand why they do that.
First of all, I really can't stand Jackie Chang or Chuck Norris films, I don't know exactly why but it really gets on my nerves! Next, people who offer my daughter titbits or candies when we are going for a stroll, without answer me before! When this happens, I usually tell them my daughter is diabetic (she isn't) and I enjoy a lot watching their embarrassed faces... Finally, I really hate when someone starts talking to me about politics, the little voice in my head tells me, "Let's get away from this person".
1. This programme is a TV show in which celebrities complain about something. The TV presenter and the celebrity make a performance in which both of them satirize about the subject and make audience laugh.
2. They rant about several issues such as: BBC Radio 2 like a very boring radio, pretentious menu, things which they hate about packing food, smoking ban and lists about reality television show.
I deem that these subjects are just an excuse to make a comedy programme, it doesn't make a difference to me. Maybe the topic about smoking ban is the most engaging since it can cause controversy. That doesn’t mean that the show is not enjoyable.
3. In Spain, to do this, we have Carnival and Fallas in both festivals all is criticized; in the Carnival in the chirigotas and in Fallas in the huge papier-mâché, cardboard and wooden sculptures which are made for the event.
4. Somehting makes me absolutely sick and is so irritating is people who is interrupting all the time, and not listening properly to what other people saying. I can’t understand it myself. Another situation which drives me mad about is an extremely tidy person, I mean; I am referring about people which drive their order to such an extent they look like an insane person.
The thing that really annoys me is when I am so busy all day and my partner leaves his stuff all over the house, and doesn´t do his share of the housework. Another thing that I object to is my computer at work, which is absolutely awful!I can´t do my work properly, and that really gets on my nerves.
It makes me absolutely sick when my bosses tell me that I have to work more hours even at weekends but not paying me extra-money.
